If you have never heard of network marketing, you have probably heard that it is essentially a “people business”. Some have also labeled a franchise of people because of the similarities between the business models of network marketing and franchising. Proponents of the name in the industry as the ultimate business people and say there is nothing comparable. Of course, people who are in network marketing will immediately respond positively to this whereas those who are not familiar with the industry, or have had some bad experiences can be strongly opposed to this idea. A unique feature of this type of business that each dealer is in business for yourself but never is through. You will always be a part of a larger organization, and compensation models are designed so that each person can expect some form of assistance for your upline. It is no secret that wealth can be made in this type of business, and many have done just that. Of course this is not the majority of network marketers, but every single retailer that have the same opportunities. Success or failure in network marketing is not dictated by politics, race, age, national origin or sex, but always by results. In this respect, it is the fairest business model in the world. For many people, but not the true value of your home based business is in direct financial return. The lessons a person can learn and build your own network marketing business are truly priceless. Many people are totally transformed through the personal growth they experience as a direct result of the challenges in their MLM business. There is no company on earth that such a strong emphasis on the importance of direct and personal development, and the industry of network marketing. Many companies may argue that they spend much of their budget for education, training employees and as such it supports the personal development, but in most cases, what is real is personal development. Although the words are almost identical, their very different meanings. Network marketing is all the construction people. It is probably the best school in the world if you think about what it takes to be successful in life and do not need rich parents or some kind of scholarship to enroll to learn.
