Can I put a 130/90 16 tyre on the front of my Fatboy?

I have a new tire 130/90 16 for my Harley Fatboy 1990, I wonder if the front and rear interchangeable? The front tire is currently 16 marked MT90, but in checking on e-Bay there are a number of ads that say: 130/90 16 forward.
